Malta. English. Freedom. Your summer.

Are you between 18 and 25 and looking for a different kind of summer?

Young inMalta is an experience designed for young adults who want to spend time in Malta, really improve their English, meet new people and enjoy the island with the freedom that comes with being an adult. It’s not your typical study holiday, and it’s not a programme packed with compulsory schedules and activities from morning to night. With Young inMalta, you live on Campus, meet other young people, speak English every day and have plenty of time to discover Malta, go to the beach, enjoy nights out and organise part of your day however you like.

English is part of the experience, but not inside a classroom.

At 18, 20 or 25, a study holiday can’t be the same as it was when you were 15. You need more freedom, opportunities to meet people, new experiences and, above all, the chance to use English in real life. That’s the idea behind Young inMalta. We’ve replaced the traditional model based entirely on classroom lessons with a more natural and engaging experience, where English becomes a real tool for communication. Talking, meeting people, going out, doing things together, sharing stories and exchanging ideas. The goal is simple: to get you using English as much as possible, without constantly feeling like you’re studying. That’s why conversation is at the heart of the Young inMalta experience.

Not your typical study holiday

During your stay, you’ll have dedicated opportunities to practise your English with young native English speakers in your own age group, with an indicative ratio of one native speaker for every three participants. So, instead of a teacher standing in front of a class, you’ll spend time with young people you can talk to, exchange ideas with and get to know. It’s a completely different way to improve your English: less theory, more communication. Because knowing grammar is important, but finally being able to speak without being afraid to make mistakes is even more important. Every day, you’ll spend a few hours with your new Maltese friends, who are native English speakers: evenings out, afternoons at the beach, walks, drinks or dinners together. Every moment is an opportunity to speak English.

Live on Campus

Young inMalta also means experiencing Malta independently. The Campus becomes your home during your stay and one of the main settings for your experience: an international environment full of young people, where you can live, meet others and organise your own day. Breakfast is included, and you’ll also receive pocket money to spend at the large supermarket on Campus, giving you the freedom to choose what to buy for your meals. It’s a deliberately more flexible arrangement than traditional full board. You decide what to eat, do your own shopping, organise your time and share parts of your day with the other participants. They may seem like small things, but they’re all part of the experience of living away from home for a few weeks.

Discover Malta, your way

Summer in Malta means sea, sunshine, cities, nightlife, events and young people from all over the world. Young inMalta lets you experience it all, with the right balance between organised experiences and free time. You can take part in the activities included in the programme, discover some of the most beautiful places across the Maltese Islands and share experiences with the other participants, while still having plenty of time to make your own plans. A day at the beach, a walk through Valletta, an afternoon by the pool, a night out with friends, a jet ski ride or simply some free time on Campus. We don’t want to fill every minute of your day. We want to give you the opportunity to experience Malta.

You’re an adult. And it shows.

Young inMalta is a programme for young adults aged 18 to 25. This means that the organisation and support are there when you need them, but your stay isn’t managed like a study holiday for under-18s. You’re free to manage your own time, go out independently and decide how to organise your days. inMalta remains your point of reference throughout your stay, without turning the experience into a programme of constant supervision. It’s a simple balance: organisation when you need it, freedom when you want it.

An international summer

You’ll probably arrive in Malta thinking mainly about English, the sea and your holiday. But Young inMalta is, above all, an experience built around people. You’ll share the Campus and many experiences with other young people, meet people with different backgrounds and lifestyles, and always have a reason to communicate. And that’s when English stops being a school subject. It becomes the language you use to get to know someone, tell them about yourself, organise a night out, ask a question or simply laugh together. That’s the kind of English we want you to take home with you.

What’s included in Young inMalta

Young inMalta brings together everything you need to enjoy the experience with ease:

  • airport welcome on arrival in Malta;
  • transfer to the inMalta Campus;
  • accommodation on Campus;
  • breakfast;
